Michael went out of his way to try & diagnose the problem with my boiler over the phone just before Christmas when he was extremely busy. It turned out his diagnosis was spot on. He sorted the issue & my heating has been working great. I'd recommend his company & will not hesitate to use him again.
First time that l have used Michael, l had new toilet fitted and a radiator removed and a new one fitted. I found Michael very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Michael came highly recommended by our bathroom fitter and he didn't disappoint! I would have no hesitation recommending Michael or using his services again. He has done a variety of jobs for me (replacing a tricky kitchen tap, fixing numerous leaking radiator valves and fitting a gas cooker to name a few). He is always friendly, quick to respond, and his work is thorough and top notch.
Michael fitted a new boiler and Hive system a couple of months ago. His work was at a very high standard — he explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood. Michael from L17 Heating and Plumbing installed a waste disposal unit. He was calling back to change a tap. He installed the tap then showed me how to fix the waste disposal if I do it again. He left the bathroom clean. I was very happy with his work and price. So much so he is coming back to do a gas service and my gas fire.
